Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it ships with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2nd Day Air): 2–4 business days

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts) ship free within the U.S.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally, but we’re working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned.

Duties & Taxes

Since we only ship within the U.S. for now, no international duties or import taxes apply. If this changes, we’ll update this section.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we want to help if something goes wrong. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@themementomoriproject.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
